Wholesale Credit / Terms

All new clients must complete and submit a credit application prior to order processing.If a client has his/her own credit application, that application may be submitted provided it contains all required information. Mookimoo Sleepwear, LLC reserves the right to make inquiry on items where insufficient information is provided.
All clients must acknowledge receipt of these "terms of trade" by signing the bottom of this form and returning it with initial order.

Orders

Wholesale orders should be placed by you or your sales representative. We require a minimum order of 12 pieces. Please allow a 15-day shipping window for all orders placed after May 15, 2010. Orders are not considered late until 15 days after estimated ship date (unless otherwise specified).
Mookimoo Sleepwear, LLC recommends a MSRP of $18.50, but actual pricing is at the discretion of the retailer.

Payments

All initial orders placed with Mookimoo Sleepwear, LLC will be charged upon shipping.
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Discover.

Cancellations and Changes

No changes or cancellations will be accepted after 5 days from date of order. Back orders are shipped as stock becomes available.
Goods that are refused when shipped within the window will be charged a restocking fee, plus all shipping fees.

Shipping and freight

All orders will be shipped from Mookimoo Sleepwear, LLC, Sequim, Washington.
Freight and handling charges will be added to invoices upon shipment. The minimum price for shipping and handling is $10.00.
