Mookimoo Sleepwear has done everything to ensure you receive a great product and we hope you agree. We want to be sure you're happy and you'll come back. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of your Mooki, you may exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Returned Mookis must be in the condition in which they were received. Mookis cannot be returned if they have been washed, or damaged.

Mail it to us either via UPS or US Postal Service (insured). If we made a mistake on your order, we'll refund the postage.

Follow the instructions enclosed with your shipment and mail back to us at the address provided on the return policy.

We'll process your refund or exchange immediately upon receipt. Refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to post to your account. Exchanges will be mailed out promptly and should be at your door within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
